Our philosophy

Le Vitel Etonné opened ten years ago, as a result of Luisa's passion for food and beverage: over the years that passion has grown and the Vitello, as it is now called by our affectionate clients, has grown a reputation as an informal and cosy meeting place.
The philosophy that has guided us during these years of hard work and dedication is based on the idea of making the client feel at home. We don't follow rigid rules, but we do search for the best fresh ingredients, with a special emphasis on local products and seasonal varieties. We share this philosophy with our suppliers, who deliver us very fresh products weekly: Slow Food Presidia, Fassone, free-range eggs, mountain cheeses and many other treats that we are proud to recommend to our clients.
